What’s your Dispatch & Delivery time?
We strive to dispatch your purchase within three working days. The only exception being at high demand times, such as Christmas, where this may take 4-6 days for dispatch. We will inform you of any delay. UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail Special delivery, which is next day and will require a signature. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail track and trace. The delivery time varies from country to country depending on custom clearance. Please contact us for further information. 
Can I spread my Payments?
We offer a Lay away option, Lay Buy, to help spread your payments over up to 6 months. This is an easy and secure option supported by PayPal. At payment, click  LAY BUY and it will take you through to the PayPal platform. You choose the small deposit amount and how many months you would like to pay over. Your piece will be dispatched straight after your final payment. Find out more
What if I need a smaller size of bracelet?
The size for each product is in the product description and are all made to a standard size. However, as all the pieces are made in our workshops, we can easily customise ( making larger or smaller) a piece to fit you perfectly. Please let us know your requirements. Our necklace are 18 inches long with an additional link at 16 inches, allowing you to choose which suits best.
I have an idea for a piece of jewellery?
Please contact us for an informal  chat. We have huge experience in working with clients to bring their ideas to life, no matter how unusal the request. We can also use existing gold jewellery and remodel into something new and unique.
Can I add some initials or some diamonds to my gift?
All our pieces are made in house, we can customise your purchase in any colour of gold, platinum and set with gemstones of your choice. Where space allows, we can beautifully engrave by hand any initials, date or even a short message. Please Contact us for more information.
Do you Gift Wrap?
Yes we will beautifully Gift wrap your purchase in luxury paper ribbon and logo wax seal and send directly to your recipient with a handwritten giftnote, if you require. Simply add to basket on the product page.
Where are your products made?
All our silver and gold jewellery in our Online Boutique are carefully designed by our head designer Sylvia, meticulously made in our workshops in Angus, Scotland and hallmarked in Edinburgh Assay Office, creating the highest quality pieces. We do not sell any other Designers' or Companies' products.
How will my purchase arrive?
When you purchase a piece of our jewellery, it will arrive beautifully presented in one of our bespoke purple boxes embossed with our horse logo, dustcover, gift note a complimentary polishing cloth and jewellery care instructions. If your purchase is in gold or platinum, it will arrive in our exclusive black hand finished cases, dust cover and outer embossed with our unique horse logo.View Here

How do I keep my Sylvia Kerr Jewellery looking great?
To keep your jewellery looking at its best, occasionally wash gently in warm soapy water with an old soft toothbrush. Pat dry with a soft cloth and polish to finish with your complimentary  cloth. If your silver jewellery has tarnished and needs a little extra help. A quick plunge into a proprietory Silver Dip, rinse and dry, will quickly bring it back to like new. With pearls extra care is needed, a quick, gentle wash, pat dry and buff with soft cloth is enough. Do not put them in silver jewellery dip cleaners, this is way too harsh.
